Shipping Policy

We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders.

Once your order has been processed it will be delivered by FREE USPS or FedEx Ground Shipping . Shipments usually arrive within three to five business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing. US Jewelry factory ships orders out within 1-2 business days after credit approval and completion of customized work. Please note that if shipping/billing addresses differ , your order may be delayed pending order/credit approval. For Security reasons, US Jewelry factory ships to Street addresses only, and NOT to PO boxes.

If for some reason your order cannot be shipped you will be immediately be contacted by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

For in stock items:
1-2 business days for processing + shipping time = time to recieve your order.
If item out of stock or for personalized jewelry orders:
2 weeks for processing + shipping time = total delivery time.
