If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, we will refund 100% of the original price. All Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. Clearance items will not be accepted for a return or exchange after 14 days of receiving the item. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. We only accept returns if manufacturer's tag is attached to the jewelry. If the tag is removed we cannot accept the return. We do not refund any shipping expenses.

Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our Return Process 

Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund will be processed shortly. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Returns with No Return Authorization Number, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

To return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:

1. Email us to receive an authorization number.

2. Pack the item to be returned and include your shipping document.

3. Insure your package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a

signature for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
