Our Handcrafted Process
Step 1
Every piece we design, goes through a similar process:
- We begin with selecting the diamond or precious stone
- Then, we draw a sketch of the final draft, inspired by the shape of the stone to guide us
Step 2
- Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD), our designer develops the outline, where we view and adjust the details to ensure its precision.
Step 3
- Once the 3D rendering is complete, we send the design specifications to a 3D printer, and produce a three-dimensional wax prototype
Step 4
- We then cast the wax prototype into precious metal
- Integrating all of the elements, we begin to assemble each component with a laser to develop one cohesive piece
Step 5
- The diamonds and gemstones are handset individually, using a microscope for precision
Step 6
- We then ensure that each diamond and gemstone is secure and showcases clarity, color and brilliance
Step 7
- The final piece of jewelry is polished and finished with the finest quality rhodium plating
